THE LITTLE WINS, AT A GLANCE
Finish an agreed job, try something tricky or lend a hand. A grown-up can recognise your effort with points.
Kids and grown-ups can both say what helped, reply to a note and feel noticed. A thank-you matters on its own.
Save points towards a reward or pocket money your family agrees. Your grown-up fulfils the promise.
Points are a chosen gesture of appreciation. They don’t measure love or what a person is worth.
IN OUR LITTLE WINS
From a kind word to a shared routine.
Bring the little pieces of family life into one place.
Notice the helpful moments. Leave a note, reply with kindness and let the everyday effort feel seen.
Set up tasks and make rewards your own: add a photo, choose the points and record an optional price. Save towards something your family has agreed.
See points balances, saving goals and pocket-money requests. A grown-up approves each payout and records when it’s given. Any money is paid outside the app.
Share an optional check-in, keep a favourite moment or suggest a plan. Personal reflections stay in your own account; parents have a separate conversation space.
What felt good today?
Some days, a small thing is enough.SCOUT · YOUR LITTLE HELPER
Help with the words, a task or a reward.
You choose what happens next.
Chat with Scout by text, send a voice note or start a live voice conversation. He can help you find the words, think through an idea and prepare a note, task or reward draft for you to review.
Thanks for helping with dinner. Having everyone pitch in made the evening feel easier.
Illustrative draft, not a live chat. This website does not send an AI request or use your microphone.
Scout uses xAI after you opt in through Family bot settings in the app. Recent shared-family-post context has a separate setting. You review drafts before sharing or adding them, and normal family permissions still apply. Notes, tasks and rewards also work without AI.
PHONE, TABLET OR COMPUTER

APPRECIATION
A kind word can turn an ordinary Tuesday into a moment worth keeping.
FOR YOUR WHOLE FAMILY
Build on the pocket money you already give. Agree what stays fixed and where children can earn more through taking part, initiative, considerate actions and effort helping the family.
You set affordable rewards and explain what earned them. Choose a fixed weekly allowance, points-based earnings or both for each child. Agreed weekly allowance is recorded automatically from setup; parents handle actual payments outside the app.
See what you’ve earned and what you’re saving for. Share a thank-you, reply to a note, keep a favourite moment or suggest something to do together.
You can show appreciation in your own way: with words, writing or a helpful action. No compulsory notes or affection. Saying thanks doesn’t promise points.
“Thanks for clearing the table. It gave me time to finish dinner. Here are the 10 points we agreed.”
Grown-ups can receive appreciation too: “Thank you for telling me. It made me feel appreciated too.”
YOUR FAMILY’S AGREEMENT
Choose an arrangement for each child.
Keep the promise clear and the budget yours.
Set a fixed amount and weekday, use points-based earnings, or combine the two. A weekly allowance is recorded as money owed, separately from points, and catches up when you return after a missed visit.
Changing the arrangement preserves amounts already owed. No bank transfer happens automatically.
When approving a payout, a grown-up can choose a one-off bonus from 0–100% and add a reason. The app records the original amount, bonus and total.
£10 + 25% = £12.50
£10 + 100% = £20
No bonus leaves the original amount unchanged. Adults choose what fits the family’s budget; there is no automatic gratitude score.
BUILT WITH CARE. EXPLAINED CLEARLY.
Family posts are shared with your family. Personal reflections sit separately and stay out of the shared family export.
The service operator can access stored records and backups, including reflections. our Little Wins does not use end-to-end encryption. Our privacy notice explains the details.

our Little Wins is free and invitation-only. A responsible adult can request a private family invitation. First, verify the request by email. Nick separately reviews it and issues any invitation. The adult then creates the family and account, and invites each member. Verification or downloading an app does not create a family or grant access. Existing family members can sign in as usual.
The current invitation-only version is free. You won’t automatically move to a paid subscription.
The app records requests, approvals and payouts. Parents handle the actual payment outside the app; a payment link can help open the external service. our Little Wins does not hold funds or independently verify that a transfer arrived.
Use our contact form for help, or privacy contact form for privacy enquiries. Please leave passwords, invitation codes and private family writing out of your message.
We’re exploring how everyday contribution could lead to recognition and family-chosen activities, learning or rewards. There are no partner integrations today. Any future offer should keep family choice, budgets and private family writing protected, without pressure on children to buy.
