Request channel being prepared

Little Wins does not yet have a confirmed public deletion-request contact or a working request form on this website. You cannot submit a request here today.

The account and family deletion process is still being prepared. A working email or web request channel, backed by a verified manual fulfilment process, can support account deletion. The app must provide a prominent path to initiate a request; that path may link to this web resource once it works. Automated self-service deletion is not required.

What the final process must cover

The published process must explain how an account holder, or an authorised parent where applicable, requests deletion; how identity and authority are verified; which account and family records are removed; how shared posts and money records are treated; and what is retained, why and for how long.

Current content controls

Users can clear their current personal reflection and remove eligible content using the app's existing controls. Those actions are not full account deletion. Previous server backups may retain earlier content.

Exports before deletion

A parent can download a shared family export. It excludes personal reflections and parent-only conversations. A full personal-data export is not yet available.

Protect your information

When the contact route is available, do not send passwords, invitation codes or private family content in your initial request. The final instructions will explain the minimum information needed.
